Kate Spade inspired

Are there certain things from the website Etsy that you just cannot live without? Well, here is something that I HAD to buy, no exceptions or excuses.
I love love love this print-
20131130_152717
“She serves champagne with pizza and eats takeout on china" –Kate Spade
Is it not the cutest saying you have ever heard? Not to mention the print itself is beautiful and definitely Kate Spade inspired with the black and white stripes, pale pink, and gold border.
I cannot wait to frame and hang this in my home-office/school work space to add the girly yet sophisticated vibe that I have been searching so long for. I will post an updated picture of how everything looks together once it is complete.
To purchase this adorable print, click here or search Craft and Candor on www.etsy.com.
You will not regret it!
Also, her packaging is so cute; I love the fox stamp with her shop name on it.

Have a spectacular Tuesday, friends!

Army jeans-Mention Monday

First, I would like to apologize for the small absence. School and life have been kicking me hard lately. Second, Happy Veteran’s Day to all of the brave men and women who are fighting or have fought in the past. We are forever thankful for your service. Third, it is Mention Monday and today’s topic goes along with Veteran’s Day. I know you have seen the army trend get more and more popular as each day passes. When I say army trend…I am referring to the color army green, camouflage print , and combat boots. Popular examples are: army green jackets, bomber jackets, and now army green jeans.

Army green jeans- Shop Hope's
Tiger sweater- Forever 21
Tribal cardigan- Forever 21
Statement Necklace- Ebay

I like to pair ‘army’ pieces with more feminine ones like this statement necklace.

OOTD: Nomad Fringe

 IMG_2084IMG_2089 IMG_2097IMG_2083 (1)
Sweater: Hope’s Boutique
Jeans: Allen B. Jeans Company
Shoes: None because I am a nomad :)
I was more than ecstatic to score this fringe poncho/cardigan/sweater thing from Hope’s for only 31.99 with the discount code they provided on Instagram Monday. Unfortunately, the code is expired and only worked for that day but nonetheless, it is the first thing I have ever bought form Shop Hope’s and I am such a happy customer! Not only did the package get here the NEXT day but the quality of the sweater thing itself is to die for! I was super nervous about ordering a medium because the small was sold out but I am so glad I did. The oversized look is perfect for the aztec design jeans I paired it with. I cannot wait to wear it out and see everyone’s reaction to my Nomad look!ope’s Don’t fret, Hope’s has plenty other aztec/nomad style cardigans and sweaters. To check them out click here. Also, do not forget to follow them on Instagram…it is where they post all sales and most new items!
I hope y’all are having a wonderful Wednesday!

Stores like Pac Sun {Surf/Skate brands}

Stores like Pac Sun
Lately, other than h&m, surf & skate shops like Pac Sun have been my main focus. I am not sure if it is living near the beach or what but I have turned into a laidback hippie when it comes to fashion. I am not complaining whatsoever either because stores like Free People, Pac Sun, Brandy Melville, and others are all about the hippie life. During this transition, I have come across some amazing stores which deserve a feature.
The first store most like Pac Sun is…
Zumiez : Zumiez carries the exact same style clothing Pac Sun does with an exception of the Pac Sun only featured collections; like Kendall & Kylie and Brandy Melville. Although the two are similar, Zumiez has more of an emphasis on skating, surfing, and snowboarding. Zumiez offers brands like LRG, Glmr Kills, RVCA, Obey, Fox, Volcom, Sector 9 plus many, many, many more. To check the full list peep this. I have ordered from Zumiez and have always had a positive shopping experience and received my items on time.
P.S. If you have love Obey muscle tanks but cannot allow spending thirty dollars for one, Zumiez has your back, here.
Tilly’s: I did not want to put Tilly’s first for it is more known than Zumiez but honestly I can not pick a favorite between the two. Tilly’s is basically Pac Sun made over, brands and all, and they have locations all over the U.S. The one difference, an important difference, is the price range. Tilly’s has killer sales, but then again so does Zumiez.
Tactics: Tactics is also known for carrying brands mentioned above plus many, many more also. Tactics definitely has more brands that I have never heard of. Tactics is more centered around extreme sports rather than fashion. However, some of the brands they carry, see a full list here, are more fashionable than practical for an extreme sport.
Swell: Swell dot com is somewhat like the stores mentioned above but is strictly surf brands. Do not let that turn you away. We are still talking known brands like Billabong, Roxy, Hurley, Quicksilver, but Swell also offers a crazy amount of brands I never even knew existed. Keep in mind, some of the brands are strictly surfing “gear”. Surprisingly enough, Swell dot com offers more women’s brands than men’s. To see all the brands click here.
The-House: The-house dot com describes themselves selling Outdoor Gear, Outerwear, and bikes for up to 70 percent off. I confirm this but I also want to mention they carry items for camping, skateboarding, snowboarding, biking, and water sports. The-house offers an OUTLET section to their website and the kids’, women’s, and men’s items are on sale for 30-70 % off. The company’s featured brands, as advertised are: BURTON, The North Face, RIDE, VANS, K2, patagonia, Liquid Force, Volcom, and DC. Want to see more brands, peep this link.
Pro Boardshop: I bet you can’t guess what this site specializes in! Well, it sounds like snowboards, surfboards, skateboards, wakeboards, and all of the above right? This is correct; however, they carry much more. I am not saying their boards aren’t rad because they are but their fashion is pretty great too. To view a full list of brands Pro Boardshop carries click here.

HM U.S. ONLINE SHOPPING: NOW OPEN

image
I mentioned in a previous post, liked here HM tweeted me back when I inquired about their online shopping. I was casually checking my e-mail like always and what pops up in the inbox? An exciting e-mail linked here which states ONLINE SHOPPING IS AVAILABLE NOW FOR THE U.S. THIS makes me one excited shopper. I no longer have to travel 2 hours to Jacksonville or 3 to Buford to shop at h & m. I mentioned before H&M is seriously my favorite place to shop ever; the clothes are trendy on a whole different level and the prices are affordable to a college student on a budget. The picture above is because I was so excited to see the webpage. Excuse me while I go spend my savings on goodies from H&M.
Have a great day; mine is officially made!
